(A) Premier Partner Booth - VRPA Member – $750.00
Premier partner booths offer a reserved vendor table in prime location, two staff representatives, along with extra logo promotion throughout the conference, on our website, in social media marketing, and print materials.

Cost of registration increases $50 after 5/31/24.
(B) Premier Partner Booth - NON-VRPA Member – $850.00
Premier partner booths offer a reserved vendor table in prime location, two staff representatives, along with extra logo promotion throughout the conference, on our website, in social media marketing, and print materials.

Cost of registration increases $50 after 5/31/24.
(C) Commercial Partner Booth - VRPA Members – $500.00
Commercial Partner booths are the traditional vendor booth option that offer 1 representative, an 8 ft. table, and your company logo listed in our brochure and on our website.

Vendors that wish to join us at the conference that are not VRPA members, but are members of the VT Trails & Greenways Council may register at this rate.
(D) Commercial Partner Booth - NON-VRPA Members – $600.00
Commercial Partner booths are the traditional vendor booth option that offer 1 representative, an 8 ft. table, and your company logo listed in our brochure and on our website.
(E) Non-Profit Exhibit Registration - VRPA Member – $400.00
Non-profit organizations are encouraged to join us at this special, reduced vendor rate. This option offers an 8ft. table and one representative along with your logo featured on our website.

We are excited to return to the Killington Grand Hotel again to celebrate our 81st Vermont Conference on Recreation & 2nd Trails Symposium! We are partnering again this year with the Vermont Trails & Greenways Council (VTGC) who will be hosting the Trails Symposium in tandem with our conference! The Combination of this central location and continued partnership will help maintain our historic attendance and attract new attendees to a state of the art facility.
